Production Manager

ROLE:

Founded in 2008, Contis provides alternative, end-to-end banking and payments solutions. Its mission is simple: to empower companies and people to realise their dreams – in business and in life. Everyone’s needs are unique. That’s why we opened our end-to-end platform and alternative banking technology to enable companies to build their own solution – with our support every step of the way. This might be providing alternative banks with a complete current account (with Direct Debit, Faster Payments, debit card etc), umbrella payroll companies with a remittance platform or companies with access to the Faster Payments infrastructure.

The Production Manager is responsible for Clients and Account holders through their full lifecycle, including; the on boarding and set up of Clients and Card Holders on Contis systems, in life updates and change communications, ownership and management of third party suppliers (for example, for cards and associated collateral) and programme closure where this occurs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Client specification design, system implementation and set up (60 %)
• Working with Clients to build the relationship, communicate the Contis approach and agree relevant specifications for the system build
• Ensure the relevant agreements, contracts and terms and conditions are in place and stored appropriately
• Configure the system aligned to the agreed specification
• Test and sign off the system into the live environment
• Ensure reporting, cashback, commission and other relevant functionality is in place

In Life Management(25%)
• Maintenance of T&C’s; changes and communication
• Communication of relevant changes to Clients and Card Holders
• Issuing of other relevant in life communications as required

Third Party Supplier Management (15%)
• Ownership of relevant supplier and third party relationships
• Ensuring appropriate protocols are in place for the management and supply of cards and related collaterals to our Card Holders
• Delivery of supply at lowest possible cost

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in the banking and payments/financial services space
• Proven ability to build relationships with Clients, with the ability to communicate and engage up to and including CEO level
• Proven track record in working with external clients with the ability to develop a clear understanding of what Clients want and ensure that this is delivered efficiently
• Experience configuring relatively complex systems, with a proven ability to input data accurately
• Experience of liaising with, and managing, third parties and suppliers
• Self-starter with a considered approach to defining how best to proceed with
• Pragmatic and structured approach especially when under pressure
• Positive in outlook with a ’can do’ attitude
• Commercially savvy
• Highly organised
• Great attention to detail
• Strong team player
• Excellent Numeracy and Literacy skills
• Strong IT skills, Microsoft office and similar systems
• Solutions focussed
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Educated to degree or similar standard
