Ok so when I’m asked what my prediction for the future of banking and payments is, for me it’s all around the end user and speed, so I actually think that cash will disappear, cards will disappear and it will become about who we are.

So when I want to make a transaction, I won’t need a physical device or an item to make it.

It will just be who I am. I think we will get to the point where biometrics and automation and artificial intelligence will know enough about us, so that if I’ve opted to, I don’t need to carry a device, I can just make a payment by being me.
