The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, passionate Head of Marketing to join our small but growing team. We have just conducted a rebrand and have appointed new agencies and have rebuilt our website.   We’re looking for someone who’s keen to work hard and add value to help shape the future of our business, ultimately building our brand and helping the sales team.

The individual should have the ability to lead, manage and implement the Contis marketing strategy, to raise brand awareness and generate sales for Contis and its solutions.   The role is responsible for the execution of content, product collateral and roadmap priorities, managing agencies, updating website and digital channels and managing events.

Fraud & Chargeback Analyst

As Contis continues to grow, protecting the business and customers from Fraud will be crucial, the fraud team will be instrumental in advising and educating internal stakeholders on best practice and policy. Working across all functions to ensure that our Fraud systems are working to full optimisation and where required to implement required improvements, in partnership with the relevant function.

The Role:
We are looking to appoint an experienced Fraud and Chargeback Analyst to join our growing team on a permanent basis to help protect the business from fraud.

The Contis Operational Fraud team is a new concept, the role will take operational fraud queries from the other areas of the business that are currently carrying out these tasks.

Contis is a small, but growing company and as such it is a fast-moving environment that requires people to think quickly and engage fluidly with the moving landscape.

Compliance Officer

Location: Skipton

The Role
The role of the Compliance Officer is to support the Compliance department in providing an efficient, comprehensive and professional compliance service with specific responsibility for client due diligence, AML monitoring and supporting client audits.

Responsibilities will include completion of client due diligence processes, including reviews of documentation and determining a risk score. The job holder will assist the Compliance Manager in; the audit of clients, the training of new clients and annual training of current clients, development of AML policies for specific client groups and the company as a whole, identifying risks in client processes, fraud analysis and general support and cover in the Compliance department.

The job holder will be supported and trained by the Compliance Manager and the Compliance Director but will be expected to manage their own workload in undertaking client due diligence and risk assessment. This is a development role and the job holder will assist the department in all compliance related matters as required including FCA authorisation, European regulation, payment services and data protection regulations.

UK and European travel are a requirement of the job.

Business Analyst: Product

The Role:
The Business Analyst (Product) role works alongside a Product Consultant and as part of the wider Product team to scope and deliver the products and functionality contained within Contis’ Product Roadmap (from ‘must-do’ compliance developments to strategic product capabilities that will differentiate Contis and disrupt the marketplace).

Separately, the Business Analyst has a responsibility to fuel the Product Roadmap with product ideas as part of a wider ideation generation activity.

Deliverables incl. scoping of user journeys and technical solutions, input to RFP processes (for procured solutions), alignment with Contis’ IT function in Ahmedabad, India to effect technical delivery, input to documentation, pricing and sales collateral.

To be successful, the incumbent must build trust and consensus across internal customers and stakeholders especially IT, Commercial and Marketing teams.

The Finance Assistant provides support to the finance department, which is undergoing a significant period of growth and system/process improvement.  The position supports the team with day to day processing, management accounts, reporting and analysis, budgeting and year end.  With the business’ rate of growth, this role is busy and very involved; the ideal candidate will be expected to recommend and drive change within the business and partner on process improvement and delivery.

About the role:

The Head of Product role is, above all, delivery-orientated, responsible for developing Contis’ Product Roadmap (leveraging stakeholders throughout the organisation) and delivering against it.

Roadmap items will include: i) ‘must-do’ compliance requirement, ii) strategic product and features, iii) value adding product and features that will differentiate Contis and disrupt the marketplace.

Deliverables incl. scoping of technical solutions, running complete RFP process (incl. contract negotiation and implementation for procured solutions), scoping and delivery of technical solution, completion of documentation, pricing and sales collateral.

The role also manages suppliers of critical product-related services on a strategic and day-to-day level.

The Head of Product leads a team of specialists so they deliver, grow and feel fulfilled in Contis’ fast-moving and at times ambiguous working environment.  The team includes experienced Product Managers, Business Analysts, UAT Testers and Programme Managers.

To be successful, the incumbent must build trust and consensus across internal customers and stakeholders incl. Chief Technology Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, Marketing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
