    The Resolution Manager is responsible for managing Client and Cardholders incidents real time, as well as for building and implementing protocols to facilitate the right business response to these type of events.     The Education Manager is responsible for all elements of training within Contis.     The Transformation Manager is responsible for the ownership and delivery of key changes relating to Contis processes and Clients, including the interpretation, documenting and delivery of Client change requests. The Transformation Manager is also responsible for business improvement initiatives; reviewing current approaches and ways of working across the business in order to drive change and improvement.     The Fraud Manager will be responsible for defining all Fraud policy and strategies for the business, ensuring that Contis has robust systems in place to minimise fraudulent activity.

    As Contis continues to grow, protecting the business and customers from Fraud will be crucial, the fraud team will be instrumental in advising and educating internal stakeholders on best practice and policy.   • Technical/ Pre-Sales Manager

    Location: London or North Yorkshire

    To be a subject-matter-expert about Contis’ platform, products and features and bring this knowledge to the sales process (led by sales and account managers) to architect the most elegant and effective solution to clients’ needs.

    Having identified the most appropriate technical solution, document what has been agreed with the client, incorporate this as part of the wider contract and obtain buy-in from all stakeholders (incl. client, sales manager and Contis’ onboarding Project Manager).

    Work with the onboarding Project Manager and Customer Excellence Configuration specialist to ensure implementation of what has been sold and agreed by the client.

Contis has announced the appointment of Andy Patton as its new Group Chief Commercial Officer.

Patton will focus his 25 years of leadership experience across financial services, fintech and global consumer brands to identify and drive value for Contis’ partners. Based out of Contis’ London office, Andy will be responsible for building Contis’ partnerships with existing customers and delivering business from new partners.
